Earth Day Festival at Tucson Children’s Museum!

Oh what fun it was at the Earth Day festival at Tucson Children’s Museum! 🌎
Kids who stopped by the Rotary Club of Tucson Verde booth learned about sorting trash into bins for unrecyclable plastics, compost, glass, and blue bin recyclables. ♻️
Club member John Eisele had them spellbound with his composting system using earth worms, producing the world’s best fertilizer. 🪱
Members Liane Bijsterveld, Michelle Felix, and Barbara Liguori took a break to model the new planter boxes made from recycled plastics.

Mission Statement

We invest our time and human resources on projects that will improve the ecological and sustainable environment of our community and planet.

No project is too small.
